AMD A8 3850 CPU REVIEW

We are benchmarking the AMD A8 3850 processor against the AMD Athlon II X3 455 processor. The AMD A8 3850 is clocked at 2900Mhz and the AMD Athlon II X3 455 is clocked at 3300Mhz. We will be using Benchmarks for testing the AMD A8 3850 and AMD Athlon II X3 455 which are:- Divx, Povray, Sysmark 2007, Windows Media Encoder, Dragon Age Origins and World of Warcraft. The AMD A8 3850 has a 13% lower clock speed than the AMD Athlon II X3 455. The AMD A8 3850 also has 4 Cores compared to the 3 found on the AMD Athlon II X3 455.
